Scholarship Program
To date, we have disbursed more than $430,000 to women engaged in culinary studies.
In keeping with one of the major purposes of the Seattle chapter of
Les Dames d'Escoffier International which is raising and disbursing
funds for scholarships for women, we have awarded endowments at the
following institutions:
Seattle Culinary Academy
WSU Viticulture & Enology Program
WSU Hospitality Business Management Program
Renton Technical College Culinary Program
South Seattle Community College Culinary Program
South Seattle Community College Wine-Tech Program
Our fundraising goal is to establish more culinary endowment
programs at various schools in Washington.
