Global Culinary Initiative Event! Please join the Seattle Dames on an evening focusing on the contributions of the Asian Community in the Pacific Northwest.
Guest Speaker will be renowned artist, Cheryll Leo-Gwin. She will share her history as well as cover the "Chinese Exclusion Act".
The evenings Menu will include recipes from Seattle Dame Judy Lew. The recipes will be reproduced by Seattle Culinary Academy student volunteers.
Proposed Menu includes: Curry Buns, BBQ Pork Buns, Fried Wontons with Sweet & Sour Sauce, Maifun Salad, Chicken Chowmein, Pork & Chicken Rolls, Fortune Cookies
