Les Dames 2003 Scholarship Recipient 

Ellen King is completing her second quarter of a six-quarter program at the Seattle Culinary Academy.  For the past six months she has been an apprentice at Rover's.  "Receiving the Les Dames d' Escoffier Scholarship is an incredible honor"  This award will enable me to focus entirely on school and my apprenticeship with Chef Thierry Rauteureau at Rover's".
