Scholarship Program

In keeping with one of the major purposes of the Seattle chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier International which is raising and disbursing funds for scholarships for women, over a fourteen-year period of time we have distributed in excess of $60,000 to over 55 deserving women. As of 2008, we have established $180,000 in endowed scholarship programs at the following institutions:
Seattle Culinary Academy
WSU Viticulture & Enology Program
WSU Hospitality Business Management Program
Renton Technical College Culinary Program

Our fundraising goal is to establish more culinary endowment programs at various schools in Washington. Anyone wishing to contribute to this program can contact our Administrator, Rebecca Bolin via email: rebbolin@comcast.net. All contributions are tax-exempt (we are a 501c3 organization).
