    Please join Les Dames d'Escoffier Seattle for a very special Global Culinary Initiative dinner created by guest chef, Malaysian food ambassador and culinary instructor and cook book author, Christina Arokiasamy on Wednesday, June 7 at 6:00 PM.

    Chef Christina is celebrating the release of her new cookbook, The Malaysian Kitchen, with a 6 course dinner featuring:

    Curried Filo Puffs, Barbecued Pork Satay and Portuguese Prawns

    Red Lentil Chickpea Soup

    Green Mango Apple Salad
    Wild Cod Fish in Banana leaves with Coconut Sambal
    Spiced Pine Nut Raisin Pilaf
    Wok Fried Shiitake Mushrooms and Asian Greens
    French Vanilla Ice Cream with Berries and
    chef Christina's signature sauce

    Chef Christina will be assisted by students from South Seattle College Culinary program.
